Absolutely. The majority of my clients transact remotely. I coordinate viewings (in person or via live video tour), legal, banking and conveyance end-to-end.

Every engagement begins with a discovery call to understand brief, budget and intent (lifestyle vs. yield vs. capital growth). I then return a shortlist with my own underwriting — not the listing brochure.
